Our client is a well-known civil engineering consultancy operating out of 13 offices throughout the UK and with a head office by London Bridge. Sullivan have operated an RPO (outsourced recruitment) for the last 5 years and we are now seeking an experienced consultant to account manage to work from their offices in London/ flexible.
You will play a critical role in driving recruitment efforts, managing an external panel of recruitment agencies (PSL) as well as personally attracting top tier talent for roles across UK sites. You will collaborate with hiring managers / directors to understand needs, develop tailored recruiting strategies, and help build and manage pipelines. This role requires strong communication and a focus on delivering a great candidate experience.
Main Duties
* Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activity and help managing our agency partners (PSL) associated administration and processes. Additionally, it is expected that you will source candidates, screen candidates and deliver offers whilst strictly adhering to compliance.
* Develop successful relationships with candidates, build talent pools and shortlisting suitable candidates to hiring managers/ directors.
* Actively source candidates for the client vacancies via LinkedIn, social media, job boards, networking and other methods.
* Collaborate closely with the client hiring managers/ directors to effectively manage the candidate recruitment cycle from initial engagement, offer facilitation, onboarding and relocation.
* Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on our process.
* Use market insights, data analytics, and industry trends to inform sourcing strategies and guide decision-making.
* Build, manage, and track talent pipelines using our database and associated software.
* Working within company SLA’s including time to hire, service delivery, compliance and legislation requirements
Experience / Skills
* Experience in a sales facing recruitment role is essential.
* Organised with ability to prioritise workload effectively with flexibility to adjust to changing needs.
* Experienced in working within tight timelines and targets.
* Proactive approach to sourcing
* A drive for continuous improvement.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT literate.
* Proven track record in the recruitment environment – ideally in civil engineering or the construction industry.
