We are currently recruiting experienced labourers for a strip-out project in Brighton. To be successful in this role, candidates must hold a valid CSCS card, demonstrate hands-on experience with demolition tools, and maintain a high level of physical fitness. Responsibilities:
🔹 Using jackhammers, breakers, and ripsaws to strip out fixtures and fittings
🔹 Following site safety regulations and project guidelines
🔹 Loading skips and moving materials
🔹 Working efficiently as part of a team
Requirements:
✔ Experience in soft strip-out (mandatory)
✔ Valid CSCS Card
✔ Right to work in the UK
✔ 1–2 references confirming experience
