Citizens Advice Cornwall are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join us for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover position.
The Human Resources Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping, leading and delivering an effective, evidence-led People & Culture strategy that supports organisational objectives and excellent client services.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, the postholder will provide strategic and operational HR leadership across the organisation, ensuring a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture. The role combines long‑term strategic workforce planning with the delivery of high‑quality, legally compliant HR services. The postholder will support managers and leaders to build strong people‑management capability, promote wellbeing and engagement, and ensure organisational sustainability.
As a senior representative of the organisation, the Human Resources Manager will use people insight and data to identify risks and opportunities, set clear priorities, and provide robust reporting and recommendations to the Senior Management Team and Trustee Board.
