The Role
As an Industrial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with both existing customers and new prospects. Working closely with the wider sales team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell products to new and existing customers
* Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintain and update customer information within the database
* Provide technical support by identifying specifications, taking measurements, and preparing drawings for manufacture
* Visit customers across the UK as required
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service standards
What We're Looking For
* Flexible, proactive, and confident communicator
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Academic qualifications equivalent to degree level (preferred)
* Previous sales experience (advantageous)
* Strong team player
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Comfortable learning new systems (training provided)
* Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
* Willingness to travel across the UK
* Knowledge of the marquee, events, or industrial sectors (advantageous)
* CAD knowledge (desirable but not essential)
Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00
* Friday: 08:30 - 16:00
* 30-minute lunch break
