Area Sales Manager – North of the UK

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover the North of the UK. In this role, you'll take ownership of the region, developing and growing relationships with independent retailers to strengthen brand presence and drive sales. While you will mainly target retailers, you'll also spend a small amount of time working with developers, architects, interior designers, installers, and merchants to secure new project opportunities.
You'll be supported by an experienced team, including marketing, category, and technical experts.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular business visits.
* Identify and secure new retail and project clients.
* Support product launches.
* Ensure all CRM data and forecasts are accurate.
Requirements
* Some sales experience.
* Strong communication skills, high energy, and self-motivation.
* Enjoy winning new business and a clear drive to achieve results.
* Commercially-driven and organized.
* Comfortable using digital sales tools and working in a KPI-driven environment.
