About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Quality Manager to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will be responsible for managing quality standards across the shift while leading and developing a team of approximately 10 colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Allocate and adjust daily tasks to ensure effective coverage across key areas mainly looking after our value added section
* Maintain and enforce high food safety, quality, and compliance standards
* Provide one‑to‑one coaching and development to individuals, supporting performance improvement and growth
* Work closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met
* Ensure compliance with retailer standards, particularly within added value and M&S product lines
About You
* Experience within the food industry or a production environment
* Proven management or supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
* Strong understanding of quality standards, food safety, and compliance
* Experience working with added value products and familiarity with M&S standards is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive and flexible approach to problem‑solving
