We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest.
* Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and develop effective strategies for outreach.
* Analyse customer feedback and responses to refine sales techniques and improve conversion rates.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
Skills
* Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
* Strong analysis skills to evaluate customer responses and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and tracking interactions.
* Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader client base.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently.
