£28,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50K+ realistic) 10% GP Commission.

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced IT/AV Sales Executive to join our dynamic team based in Lichfield City Centre.
You’ll be responsible for developing new business and expanding opportunities within our existing Education and Corporate client base.
Your focus will be on promoting and selling:
* Interactive Learning Panels (SMART, Promethean, iiyama, BENQ, etc.)
* Projectors & Meeting Room Technology
* Digital Signage & AV Solutions
* Wider IT Hardware & Solutions
You’ll work closely with our internal sales team to cross-sell into our existing clients, as well as cold call and prospect new customers in the SME and Education sectors.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales within the IT/AV or Technology industry
* Proven success in selling into schools, academies, and corporate clients
* A hunter mentality – confident, energetic, and driven to win new business
* Excellent communication skills and a professional yet personable approach
* Ability to manage your own pipeline and deliver consistent results
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and ready to be part of an exciting growth journey
