Site Manager

Linsco are looking for an experienced Site Manager in Boston, Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong management background on hospital projects, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring smooth project delivery.
* Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site operatives.
* Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations.
* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safeguarding protocols.
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities as required.
* Maintain project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
Previous experience working for a main contractor
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and work to tight deadlines.
