Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team in a dynamic culinary environment. Responsibilities
* Prepare and assemble meals according to menu specifications, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
* Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing to support diverse dietary needs
* Handle food safely and maintain proper sanitation standards throughout food preparation and service
* Cook and serve meals in accordance with health regulations and safety protocols
* Support catering events, including meal preparation, serving, and cleanup
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organize supplies, and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized
* Collaborate with dietary and culinary teams to develop innovative meal options for various dietary restrictions
* Assist with food handling procedures, including knife skills, portion control, and food storage
Requirements
* Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is preferred
* Background in food industry roles such as restaurant, catering, or fine dining experience is highly desirable
* Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
* Strong food handling skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment and knife skills
* Experience with food service operations, including serving and food presentation
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
* A passion for culinary arts and providing exceptional dining experiences
