Split shift 6.30am to 9.30am and 2.30pm to 6.30pm

The Governors, staff, and children at Christ Church C.E. Primary School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking, and dedicated site manager with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The school has an Executive Head teacher and works in partnership with Lewis Street and Lark Hill Primary Schools.
The successful candidate will:
* Have experience in a premises site management role.
* Have in-depth knowledge of building and maintenance management.
* Be capable of working to schedules and on own initiative.
* Manage regular health and safety checks, daily cleaning, record keeping, and maintenance.
* Communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, verbally and in writing, gaining credibility at all levels of the organization.
* Work well under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
* Have basic DIY skills for general building and grounds maintenance.
* Have awareness of health and safety matters and willingness to partake in training.
* Liaise with contractors as necessary.
* Promote and model the school values of Excellence, Respect, Challenge, and Self-Belief and our Christian values of Compassion, Respect, Care, Love, Forgiveness.
