HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR SOUTHAMPTON 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT We are currently recruiting for an organised and efficient HR Administrator to join our HR team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, covering maternity leave. The HR Administrator must have sound administration skills together with a knowledge of HR process & practices. This position is office based, working full time Monday to Friday each week. Its a great opportunity to work within a friendly and professional HR team, based at our Head Office in Southampton. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, responsibilities include : Administer offer of employment and contractual documentation, ensuring attention to detail Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process Liaison with payroll department to ensure pay administrative processes are fulfilled Administer and track the probation / fixed term process Taking minutes at meetings Produce employee relations paperwork and issue out to the relevant parties Undertake exit interviews with leavers from the Company Produce statistical data on turnover, exit interviews, salaries etc Use internal systems to keep employee data up to date Bulk letter runs using the mail merge facility Provide initial advice to managers on Human Resource processes Coordination of the immigration process, which includes sponsorship, checking employees right to work, maintaining compliance spreadsheets Administering and coordination of Occupational Health process; booking appointments, monitoring return reports and coordinating actions Administration of wellbeing initiatives and E-Learning processes Coordination of display screen equipment assessments and liaison with the Health & safety department Administering home worker applications Qualifications, background & Skills: Having a background in HR administration CIPD Level 3 Strong organisation skills Knowledgeable in HR process & practices About Trant; Trant Engineering Ltd has a long history of engineering and construction excellence, delivering high quality EPC engineering and construction services throughout the UK and overseas.
