Elevation Recruitment Group HR are proud to partner with a Sheffield based Education provider, seeking an HR Administrator to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis.
A great chance to get your foot in the door to support on a 3 month basis, this role has real scope to develop into something long-term and/or permanent. As a HR Administrator, you will report into the HR Manager and act as the first point for general HR enquires and requests. As a key member of the People Team, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities including:
* Maintain sickness and absence records for employees on long term absence, maternity leave or expected periods of absence
* Support HR Manager and HR Officer in relation to safer recruitment process and safeguard matter
* Producing letters including change of terms, offer and outcomes
* Adding new starters to the HRIS and ensuring inductions are in place
* Support with the administration of performance management through the appraisal cycle
* Supporting with the onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
What we're looking for:
The ideal candidate will be immediately available or have a short notice period and have recent experience within Human Resources administration.
Previous HR experience within an education, public sector, healthcare or NHS setting would be beneficial.
