Sales Executive – International Payments & FX Solutions
About the Role
We are looking for a driven FX Sales Executive to join our client, a global provider of foreign exchange and international payment solutions.
This is a high-performance, client-facing sales role focused on generating new business and managing relationships with corporate clients who have international payment and currency risk requirements.
You will work closely with internal trading, risk, and compliance teams to deliver tailored FX solutions while helping clients manage currency exposure and cross-border payments effectively.
What You’ll Do
* Manage the full 360° sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation through to closing and account management
* Identify and win new corporate clients with international payment and FX needs
* Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and presentations to introduce FX and risk management solutions
* Build long-term relationships and drive repeat business and upselling opportunities
* Work closely with the FX dealing desk to structure appropriate solutions for clients
* Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecasting
* Stay up to date with FX markets and macroeconomic trends
* Maintain detailed records of client interactions within the company CRM system
Compliance & Client Onboarding
* Support the client onboarding process in partnership with Compliance and Financial Crime teams
* Ensure appropriate KYC understanding to provide suitable products and services
* Liaise with risk and trading teams regarding client credit facilities where required
* Ensure all activity is carried out in line with regulatory and internal compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For
* B2B sales experience, ideally within financial services
* Experience working in a target-driven commercial sales environment
* Ability to manage an end-to-end sales process
* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* Understanding of FX products, financial markets, or international payments is beneficial
* High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
What’s On Offer
* £40,000 – £80,000 base salary (depending on experience)
