Role Overview
As an Internal Recruiter, you will take full ownership of recruitment across Indevor Group, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from identifying hiring needs to offer management and onboarding handover. Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will play a critical role in building the future workforce of the business.
Responsibilities
* Identify recruitment needs with hiring managers
* Write job descriptions and adverts
* Advertise roles and source candidates
* Shortlist and interview candidates
* Present offers and manage rejections
Reporting & Insight
* Produce recruitment reports to the Group HR Manager
* Track recruitment metrics and performance
Employer Branding & Events
* Promote Indevor Group as an employer of choice
* Attend and host careers events

* Work with training providers, colleges, and universities
