We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our friendly and professional HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our people agenda and ensuring our staff receive the very best HR support.
What you’ll do
As our HR Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries and provide vital administrative support across the department. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the HR mailbox and handling day-to-day queries.
* Processing employee changes, contracts, and leaver documentation.
* Maintaining accurate employee records in IRIS HR and producing detailed HR reports.
* Supporting absence management and ER casework.
* Assisting with compliance checks, including DBS renewals.
* Note-taking at meetings such as probation reviews and welfare discussions.
* Championing best practice and ensuring GDPR and employment law compliance.
What we’re looking for
* While previous experience in an HR team is an advantage, it’s not essential – we’ll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
* Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role,
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems.
* Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
* CIPD Level 3 (desirable).
