Site Manager | Structural Steel & Engineering
Location: Lancaster, UK

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations including steel erection and cladding
* Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials
* Ensure safe, compliant, and timely delivery of all works
* Carry out inductions, toolbox talks, RAMS checks, and safety audits
* Maintain accurate site records and report progress
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing structural steel or heavy engineering sites
* Strong knowledge of steel erection, H&S compliance, and site procedures
* SMSTS and CSCS (Manager level)
* Ability to interpret drawings and lead site teams effectively
* Full driving licence
