You will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to recipes, managing ingredients, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Key duties include prepping food, cooking various dishes, ensuring proper food storage and stock rotation, maintaining hygiene standards, and serving food to customers. Cooks also operate kitchen equipment, present dishes, and work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.
Provide support in food preparation, knowledge of allergies
Safeguarding is paramount and you will need to have a DBS and references which must be satisfactory
