JOB TITLE: Employment Lawyer (Workplace Investigator) PQE: 3 PQE LOCATION: Bristol SALARY: £Dependent on experience THE ROLE: A Top 50 law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join the growing team as a workplace investigator. This is a key role focused on delivering independent, high-quality investigations into sensitive and complex workplace matters. Ideally you will have a strong working knowledge of employment law, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, discrimination and whistleblowing. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 3 years PQE in employment law or someone with a senior HR background are encouraged to apply. You will have a strong understanding of employment legislation and how it applies to the practical, real-world scenarios. As the successful appointee you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to produce high-quality written reports and conduct investigations. The successful candidate will have experience dealing with cases involving senior personnel and multi-layered employment law issues. You will also have experience of conducting and / or advising on complex workplace investigations.
