We are currently recruiting a Labourer to work for a busy highways contractor, supporting site operations and maintaining welfare and compound areas. This role is available for an immediate start. Key Responsibilities * General maintenance of the site compound and welfare facilities * Housekeeping duties including sweeping, litter picking and gritting * Erecting signage and fencing as required * Basic welfare maintenance, including minor plumbing repairs * Monitoring and stock taking of site storage areas and notifying the site team when items require re-stocking * Driving a Ford Transit tipper to collect deliveries and move materials around site * Assisting the site team with general labouring duties as required Requirements * Valid CSCS Labourer Card (essential) * Full UK driving licence – must be able to drive a Ford Transit tipper * Previous labouring experience, ideally within highways or civil engineering * Good attitude, reliable and able to work as part of a team * Own small hand tools would be advantageous but not essential What We Offer * Immediate start * Competitive rate of pay * Ongoing work with a reputable highways contractor * Opportunity for long-term work for the right candidate If interested please contact Lu...
