CRA Consulting is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, nationally recognised law firm with a strong focus on innovation and client care. Our client is seeking an ambitious and confident Sales Executive to join their expanding New Business team.

The Sales team plays a key role in the firm's success - handling inbound and outbound enquiries, converting leads into instructions, and providing a warm, professional first impression of the business.
The Role: Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients across a range of legal services. Your primary focus will be converting new enquiries into instructions, providing accurate quotes, and guiding customers through the initial stages of their legal journey.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into new instructions.

Provide quotes quickly and accurately within service level targets.
*
Record all enquiries and follow-ups using the case management system.
*
Deliver high levels of client care and professional communication.
*
Support customers through the file-opening process.
*
Manage customer payments where needed.
*
Meet and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs.
*
Contribute to the success of the wider sales team and firm.
*
Support the business with occasional cross-department tasks when required.
About You

Requirements:

Proven experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment.
*
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
*
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*
Ability to manage your time and workload independently.
*
Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*
Minimum 3 GCSEs (grade C or above), including English and Maths.
*
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
What's on Offer

Base Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
*
Uncapped Commission: Realistic OTE of £32,000+

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
