An exciting opportunity for a Permanent HR Administrator / HR Assistant, within a dynamic, fast-paced,mercial organisation operating in a blue-collar environment. They aremitted to excellence and are looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to join their team.This role is based on site 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a first point of contact for the face of HR.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for all HR/Payroll-related queries, taking ownership for resolution or redirecting to the appropriate person for resolution.
3. Process starters, leavers, offer letters, contracts and change letters.
4. Support the site with onboarding activities, including the arrangement and running of assessment centres, reference and DBS checks.
5. Maintain employee files (paper/electronic).
6. Provide administration support to the HR Director/HR Business Partner.
7. Assist in themunication of information to the wider organisation, including newsletters, email and vacancy boards.
8. Help support and coordinate employment engagement activities.
9. Provide HR analysis data for management reports.
10. Process and handle confidential and sensitive information in line with GDPR guidelines.
11. Perform other activities as assigned from time to time by the HR BP.
Qualifications and Skills:
12. Proven experience in HR administration.
13. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
14. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
