What you’ll be doing:
* Working with people capability teams from each function on process and delivery.
* Building rewarding relationships and implementing strategic solutions to achieve organisational goals and EC objectives.
* Coaching and mentoring teams through lunch and learns/monthly reviews.
* Stakeholder management across all functions up to director level.
* Strategic planning on projects, exploring avenues to generate more candidates, mobilising teams for quick attendance and interviews at various locations.
* Managing third-party relationships – Alexander Mann MS, Centre of Excellence, events, acquisitions.
* Facilitating cross-function/business unit collaboration.
* Managing the recruitment lifecycle and creating efficiencies, assessing risks, failures, and successes.
* Meeting customer requirements on delivery and managing expectations.
* Demand management, ensuring alignment with IBP supply, including managing forecast variances.
Your skills and experiences:
* HR management experience with recruitment operations and strategy planning.
* Commercial, operational, and talent acquisition experience.
* Workforce planning strategy.
* Experience in large, complex organisations.

The Resource Cell Team:
The newly established Resource Supply Cell is designed to meet the resourcing needs of the Air Sector, focusing on identifying resource solutions to deliver demand across permanent/experienced hires, subcontractor recruitment, and early careers recruitment.
