Who We’re Looking For:
* Russell Group graduates preferred
* Minimum 2:1 degree classification required
* 1st Class graduates guaranteed an interview
* Degree must be in a related field such as:
* Psychology, English, Education, Childhood Studies, Sociology, Linguistics, Maths, Science
* Confident, proactive and emotionally intelligent individuals
* Passionate about supporting children academically and personally
The Role:
As a Graduate Learning Mentor, you’ll work closely with pupils across KS1 and KS2, supporting learning, confidence and engagement both inside and outside the classroom.
You’ll provide:
* 1:1 and small group interventions
* Academic mentoring and classroom support
* Support for pupils with additional needs
* Behaviour and wellbeing support
* Encouragement for students needing confidence boosts academically or socially
