Overview: My client a Microsoft Consultancy are looking for a versatile Microsoft Developer with experience across Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) development, Power Platform solutions, and the ability to work on Azure integrations using Functions and Logic Apps. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple technologies and delivering end-to-end business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and customise solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Design, build, and deploy applications using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
* Create and maintain integrations using Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Implement best practices for development, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
* Support and maintain existing applications and integrations, ensuring performance and reliability.
* Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to teams.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (development and customisation).
* Strong understanding of the Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
* Experience developing Azure Functions and Logic Apps for integration scenarios.
* Familiarity with API integrations and Microsoft 365 services.
* Proficiency in C#, AL language (for BC), and understanding of development best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge of PCF control development.
* Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
* Understanding of data migration tools such as KingswaySoft or SSIS.
* Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, MB-820) would be advantageous.
