Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to source and engage both Clients and Care Workers for our growing organisation. This fully remote contract assignment offers flexible availability and ongoing commission payments based on the introduction of Clients and Carers.
Responsibilities
* Source new Clients, ascertain their personal requirements, and identify suitable local Care Workers.
* Assist Care Workers and Clients in formulating Carer/Client contracts based on their individual requirements.
* Maintain regular communication with Care Workers to ensure their schedule is fulfilled and address any resource constraints or Client observations.
* Provide regular reporting to the Clematis Home Care team regarding progress and projections.
* Engage directly with Clients and Care Workers on rare occasions via video or normal calls when mutually satisfactory.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience in a sales role or as a call centre operative.
* Proficient with video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, etc.
* Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and Office.
Additional Requirements
* Based in the region where the role is advertised.
* Understanding of the Home Care Industry.
* Familiarity with DBS checks and related processes.
* Knowledge of contract assignments.
* Right to work documentation.
* References for previous work carried out during the past year.
