About the role Key Responsibilities Sell a wide range of new and used vehicles tailored to individual customer needs. Guide customers through the entire vehicle-buying journey, delivering solutions that meet their requirements. Follow up and convert leads from CRM systems and other sources into successful sales. Provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and related products (full training provided). Build strong, lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales progress, and customer interactions. Consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. Candidate Requirements Proven sales experience (minimum 1-2 years) in a target-driven environment. Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with people. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment. Ability to achieve and exceed KPIs while converting leads into sales. Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English. Full, valid UK driving licence. What You'll Need to Succeed Drive and determination to meet both personal and team targets. Confidence when advising customers on vehicle features, specifications, and technologies. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with product and market knowledge. Strong organisational skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
