Job Title: Internal Recruiter Location: Craigavon Salary / Range: Competitive, based on experience Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Summary VANRATH are supporting a leading organisation in Craigavon in their search for an Internal Recruiter to focus on Supply Chain recruitment. This role will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring talent across operational and supply chain functions, working closely with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service. What do you need? Proven experience in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role Demonstrable experience recruiting for supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or operational roles Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practice Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems What you will do each day Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for supply chain roles, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Proactively source candidates using a range of methods, including direct sourcing, job boards, and referrals Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback, ensuring a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience Build and maintain talent pipelines for key supply chain and hard-to-fill roles Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company policies Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates Provide recruitment metrics and insights to support workforce planning and continuous improvement For further information on this job, or any other HR role in Northern Ireland, apply via the link or contact Ryan Sykes for a confidential chat today.
