The Opportunity An Excellent Opportunity for a Site Manager to work as part of a team to deliver largescale RC frame residential development in Bracknell under a Project Manager. The project will consist of 400 units split between multiple RC frame towers over several phases on a long term build programme. The development will also include ground floor commercial space, underground and overground parking, a leisure centre and community centre, along with extensive infrastructure and landscaping. You will be reporting to the Project Manager and responsible for curating and developing an effective site team; taking the site from preconstruction onwards including site setup and enabling works, infrastructure, RC frame superstructure, externals and internal fit-out with a focus on delivering high quality units at a larger than market average size. Your site team will likely comprise of 2 Senior Site Managers, 2-4 Site Managers, and 3-6 Assistant Site Managers at any one time which you will have a direct involvement in recruiting and nurturing. Longevity in their career is vital for the successful Project Manager, with a track history of taken projects from start to finish. Experience in the construction and delivery of residential apartments is important for this position.
