Superior Healthcare are looking for a dynamic, experienced and dedicated recruiter to join the team based in Whitstable to recruit Healthcare Assistants and Nurses who support individuals with complex needs in their homes. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and recruiting Nurses and HCAs to meet Superior Healthcare client needs and support with our programme for growth. They will be parachuted in to project recruit across Kent, Essex, Sussex, Hampshire and London and have the tools to support meeting their goals and work alongside a hardworking, like-minded team. The role is office based and comes with access to a pool care so they can travel to our regional offices, plus a laptop and phone.
