Sales Executive Property & Financial Services £35,000 basic | OTE £52,500 | Hybrid - Central London Are you a confident, target-driven sales professional with experience in property, lettings, financial services or telesales? We're working with a fast-growing, FCA-authorised home finance business based in Central London, that's changing the way first-time buyers and renters get onto the property ladder. They're hiring a Sales Executive to sit at the front of their sales funnel - qualifying leads, handling objections and booking property viewings for their advisory team. The leads are live and inbound. The product is real and regulated. The earning potential is immediate. What you'll be doing: Managing 100 calls per day across inbound and outbound enquiries Qualifying first-time buyers and renters against product criteria Handling objections and confidently explaining an alternative home purchase model Booking a minimum of 5 attended viewings per day for the advisory team Keeping CRM records clean and pipeline accurately maintained Working as part of a small, fast-moving sales team in a performance culture What we're looking for: Background in B2C sales, property sales, lettings, telesales or lead generation Comfortable working to daily call and booking KPIs - this is a high-activity role Strong objection handling and natural resilience on the phone CRM experience and a disciplined approach to pipeline management Someone who wants a clear target, a real product and a bonus that pays quarterly The package: £35,000 basic salary Quarterly bonus - up to 50% of basic salary OTE £52,500 Hybrid working (Central London office remote) Genuine progression into senior sales or advisory roles Right to work in the UK required Average property value: £300,000 | Sales cycle: 4 weeks We welcome applications from candidates with experience in the following roles: Sales Executive, Telesales Executive, Property Sales, Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, Outbound Sales Executive, Inbound Sales Advisor, Lead Generation Specialist, Appointment Setter, SDR, Mortgage Consultant, Shared Ownership Sales Advisor, Financial Services Sales Executive and similar B2C sales backgrounds.
