PageGroup are delighted to be supporting a well-established manufacturing business based in Daventry with the appointment of a HR Manager to join a small HR team.
Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully office based.
This role is open to either part-time or full-time applicants.
Description
Reporting to the Group MD, this is an exciting and varied HR Manager role, overseeing a small team and taking responsibility for all People matters within this successful and well-established manufacturing organisation.
Duties will include but not limited to:
* Manage the full spectrum of HR generalist matters with the support of a HR Coordinator
* Develop and implement HR policies that align with business objectives.
* Lead performance management processes
* Advise managers on employee relations and employment law matters.
* Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
* Manage and oversee payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes.
* Support organisational change initiatives and drive employee engagement strategies.
* Maintain accurate HR records and generate insightful reports for decision-making.
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background within a similar HR role
Ideally you will have exposure to the manufacturing or similar sectors
CIPD Level 5/7 is preferred
