Here at Pertemps Network Catering, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Cook & Chef to work on a temporary basis with our clients based in Hockley, Birmingham
Hours: 10am - 6pm
Days: Monday- Friday

Working byself you will be responsible for preparing well-balanced and appetising meals for upto 20 residents, with a strong emphasis on fresh produce.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook lunch & evening meal for the residents.
Oversee food production and cooking
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations.
Order and manage food supplies to ensure the availability of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and minimise waste.
Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and report any issues for repair.
Comply with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
Adapt menus to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies.Qualifications:
GNVQ / NVQ LEVEL 2/3
Food Hygiene
Extensive knowledge & working experience of Food Allergens Benefit:
Competitive salary of £16.25ph
Regular working hours from Monday to Friday.
