About The Role & Team
This sales role involves working with our sales team to sell developments across Lewisham, Hendon, and Kingston. Once the sales suite is operational, you will be based full-time in Kingston. Your primary responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, engaging potential buyers, and guiding them through shared ownership processes to meet sales targets.
About You
* Proven sales experience in residential property or real estate, preferably in affordable housing and shared ownership.
* Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed targets.
* Excellent communication skills and rapport-building abilities.
* Independent worker with strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency with CRM and digital marketing tools.
* Self-motivated, customer-focused, results-driven, and analytical.
