Job Title: Employment Lawyer (5-7 years PQE)
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
About the Role:
A leading financial institution is seeking a talented and experienced Employment Lawyer with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience to join their dynamic legal team. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with two days per week in the London office and the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters.
* Draft and review employment contracts, employment handbooks, policies, and procedures.
* Advise on employee relations and HR issues.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
* Supporting on investigations and responses to regulatory matters
* Advising on privacy and data
* Contributing to employment law material for management consumption
* Delivering employment law training
About You:
* Qualified solicitor with 5-7 years PQE in employment law.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and regulations.
* International experience and familiarity with the regulatory environment in EMEA and Asia
* In-house financial services experience is preferred but not essential, provided you have advised financial institution clients.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
