Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Peterborough for a Sales Executive at Junction 17 Cars. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car purchasing process. Duties include maintaining product knowledge of the inventory, offering personalized advice, negotiating pricing and finance deals, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through follow-ups and support. Collaboration with the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets is essential.
Qualifications
* Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
* Ability to build rapport with clients, engage in active listening, and provide tailored recommendations
* Proficiency in time management, organization, and problem-solving
* Basic knowledge of automotive products and finance options, with the ability to adapt to new industry knowledge
* Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
* A valid driver’s license is required
* Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is a plus
* Motivation to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
