Are you a proactive, strategic HR professional with a passion for supporting education? In this pivotal role, you will help shape and deliver HR services across a network of schools, ensuring we continue to offer exceptional support to our staff and create an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on key parts of our People strategy and policy development, ensuring alignment with Trust goals and educational standards.
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and wellbeing initiatives.
* Support recruitment, retention, and training to develop a highly skilled workforce across the Trust.
* Oversee HR administration, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
* Foster a positive culture and strong relationships across all schools within the Trust.
* Act as a trusted advisor to school leaders and senior management teams.
What We’re Looking For:
* CIPD qualified or equivalent,
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* A proactive, solution-oriented approach to people management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and lead projects effectively.
* Passion for education and a commitment to improving the experience for all staff.
