Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire

Type: Full-time, Permanent (office-based)
Hours: 40 per week, Monday–Friday
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Key responsibilities (Training Provided):

* Make outbound calls to new businesses, arranging meetings, discussing their goals and creating leads for new temp roles.

* Take inbound and make outbound calls to candidates; book interviews, shifts and start dates

* Match candidate skills and availability to roles across multiple sectors (warehouse, engineering, commercial)

* Maintain CRM/ATS accuracy: notes, statuses, start/end dates and paperwork

* Conduct short telephone screens for suitability and right-to-work checks

* Liaise with consultants and hiring managers to meet urgent staffing needs

* Provide a consistently excellent candidate experience

* Represent Austin Banks at relevant networking events and build/maintain relationships with local businesses

* Adaptable & fast-paced, used to working in busy environments, with multiple roles across different industries, this is essential.

* Tone-smart, able to match your language and approach to different personalities.

* Target-driven & hardworking, experienced in measurable environments and able to meet targets confidently.

* Highly organised & detail-focused, times, names and locations must be correct every time.

* Resilient, able to handle rejection and bounce back positively.

* Right to work in the UK

Desirable (not essential)

* Experience in telesales, call centres, agency temp desk, reception or busy admin roles

* IT competent - comfortable with CRMs, email and basic spreadsheets (Diaz will train you on our systems and will always be there to help manage compliance etc.)
