We are now recruiting for the position of Grade III Clerical Officers for our client in the education sector. This is a part-time position based in Edenderry.
THE ROLE:
* Provide clerical support to the existing team
* Data entry, administration, answering the phone, filing, typing reports/letters
* Assisting with post
* Setting up meetings (in-person or online via MS Teams) scheduling, sending invites & agendas, confirming delegates, taking minutes where required, issuing minutes
* Processing of invoices / inputting invoices into system
* Dealing with members of the public and staff (directing their query to the relevant person/department, assisting them in finding correct information on website/ giving them prospectuses etc.)
* Uploading manual files to sharedrive/ cloud
* Assisting the centre manager with the smooth running of the front desk
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous clerical / administration / receptionist experience is required
* Must have excellent IT skills
* Must have excellent data processing and attention to detail skills
* Must have planning, organising and diary management skills
* Capable of working in a team and on own initiative
* Working knowledge of GDPR and understanding of general data protection guidelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €15.27 per hour
