Our client is looking to appoint an HR Manager to join their team based in Inverness. The purpose of the role is as follows:

* To drive business performance through the implementation of an effective HR strategy.
* To help strategically position the business to maximise long term profitable growth, and sustainability.
* Be a strategic influencer and assist in decision-making within the business in matters relating to Human Resources.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver a HR strategy that will achieve measurable objectives and operational excellence, supports the businesss directors and partners, and serves the needs of the business.
2. Provide talent management strategy and implementation advice to the management team including, recruiting, interviewing, hiring and evaluation.
