Location: Central London (SW1P). Key Responsibilities M&E Maintenance: Perform PPM and reactive repairs, including lamp changes, AHU/FCU filter replacements, and basic plumbing. Fabric Repairs: Maintain floor and wall coverings alongside general building upkeep and minor installations. Operations: Escort and oversee third-party contractors while maintaining accurate digital maintenance logs. Compliance: Conduct regular H&S inspections to ensure total site safety and regulatory adherence. Requirements Experience: Background in a high-profile corporate environment with fabric maintenance expertise. Skills: PC literate with strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
