Position: Recruiter/Headhunter
Work Location: Fully Remote, best located in England and hold a valid local green card or work permit

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain client relationships in target industries (Internet, High-Tech, AI, Smart Devices, etc.), with a deep understanding of their hiring needs.
* Independently conduct job analysis, candidate profiling, and recruitment strategy design.
* Proactively source, screen, and engage with candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, industry networks, talent pools, referrals, etc.).
* Manage the entire recruitment process: from initial candidate communication, interview arrangements, to salary negotiation and offer confirmation.
* Provide career advice to candidates and deliver market trend analysis and consulting to clients.
* Coordinate communication between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
* Continuously build and expand a high-quality talent network, accumulating and leveraging industry resources.
Requirements
* Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
* 2-5 years of headhunting/recruitment consultant experience, with strong knowledge of the UK recruitment market.
* Previous experience or client resources in Internet, High-Tech, or AI industries preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
* Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively across different cultural backgrounds; additional languages are a plus.
* Proactive, with strong business acumen and client service orientation.
