Site Manager - High Specification / Super Prime Developer
My client are a leading high specification developer who focus on producing executive homes of the very highest quality. Now due to their continued growth this multi award winning developer are seeking a No1 Site Manager to oversee a 1 off build of a house that we will built in the Marlow area. Their work is defined by exceptional attention to detail, seamless project delivery, and a commitment to craftsmanship collaborating with discerning clients to create outstanding homes that combine precision, design and excellence throughout.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site operations
* Lead subcontractors and trades, managing sequencing and logistics.
* Ensure all works are met to the exacting standards of quality the company expects.
* Monitor progress against programme, identify issues early, and implement solutions.
* Maintain site documentation: RAMS, daily diaries, progress reports, and change logs.
* Ensure full compliance with CDM, H&S, and building regulations.
* Liaise daily with contractors and internal management.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end residential new build projects.
* Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles on-site from start to completion.
* SMSTS, CSCS (Manager/Black Card), and First Aid certification required.
* Strong technical knowledge and ability to read drawings and specifications.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
* A hands-on, proactive approach with meticulous attention to detail.
