We are working with a well-established building contractor based in Melksham who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver mainly commercial construction projects across the region.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong trades background who enjoys running projects on site and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and programme delivery.
The Role:
Managing day-to-day site operations on commercial projects
Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and materials
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Maintaining site health & safety in line with company and statutory requirements
Liaising with clients, contracts managers, and suppliers
Monitoring programme, quality, and productivity on siteRequirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry
Trades background (carpentry, brickwork, or similar preferred)
Experience delivering commercial projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good understanding of health & safety and site compliance
SMSTS, CSCS, and First AidWhat’s on Offer:
