Sales Executive – SaaS
The Role
We’re working with a fast-growing SaaS company looking for an energetic Sales Executive who wants to break into the tech world. This is a perfect step for someone with proven sales experience—whether that’s recruitment, estate agency, car sales, field sales, or any other outbound commercial role—who’s ready to move into a modern, product-led environment with full training and a clear progression path.
You’ll join a high-performing team and play a key part in bringing new clients on board. If you love selling, enjoy building rapport quickly, and want a career that genuinely rewards effort, this is a brilliant opportunity.
This is a hybrid role, with three days a week in the Battersea office, and you must have access to your own car and a full UK driving licence.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
* Qualify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within your territory
* Conduct outbound outreach, including cold calling
* Deliver engaging product demos both online and onsite
* Hit and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Develop a strong understanding of the product and market
* Build relationships with clients and support them through their onboarding journey
* Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies
* Capture client needs and show how the platform will have meaningful impact
🌟 What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a target-driven sales role (recruitment, estate agency, car sales, or similar)
* A confident communicator who enjoys presenting and building relationships
* Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient with a positive attitude
* Strong organisational skills and a disciplined approach to hitting activity targets
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
* Desire to move into the tech sector and build a long-term career
* SaaS or legal sector experience is a bonus, but absolutely not essential
📦 The Package
* £32,000 – £34,000 basic salary
* £35,000 – £40,000 additional OTE
* £7,000 car allowance
* Hybrid working (3 days Battersea office / 2 days WFH)
* Private healthcare (including dental & optical)
