I'm looking for a Social Housing Site Manager for works running a Subcontractor lead long term contract carrying out envelope works on Hi and Lo Rise Flats in South Birmingham.
Works you'll be overseeing will include:
Flat Entry Door replacements
Slabbing
Fencing
Landscaping
Groundworks
Refurbs of outhouses and sheds
Communal flat areas
Experience in social housing is a huge bonus, you'll also need:
SMSTS
1st Aid
Good knowledge of H&S
Experience managing both DLO & Subcontractors
The role is paying £28.28 p/hr, with a permanent opportunity after 12 weeks with serious progression opportunity - two thirds of Contract Managers started with this firm as trades operatives and were trained & promoted from within
