Key Responsibilities Data Management: Overseeing the school’s HR Information System (SIMS/Arbor), ensuring all personnel files are accurate and GDPR compliant. Payroll Support: Liaising with the finance department to provide monthly updates on starters, leavers, and unpaid absences. Absence Management: Monitoring staff attendance and coordinating return-to-work meetings for the Senior Leadership Team. Policy Advice: Acting as the first point of contact for staff queries regarding leave, maternity/paternity entitlements, and school policies.
