HR Officer Up to £37,000 benefits We are working with an international business who are seeking to appoint their new permanent HR Officer to join their NI HR team, offering a generous package and progression opportunities. Reporting into HR Management you will; Assisting in the provision of the full range of Human Resource duties across all departments within the organisation Contribute to the provision of a quality human resource service, ensuring the required standards of service are delivered to the organisation Perform such duties and tasks assigned to the post in accordance with agreed time and quality targets Provide operational support across the department as directed What we are looking for CIPD or 3rd level education with 2 years experience in an HR role Comfortable providing HR support across line management and staff Employee relations experience Up to date knowledge of employment legislation Experience in an industrial, engineering or manufacturing environment is desirable In return you can expect an excellent package, benefits and progression opportunities.
