Salary: Negotiable DOE + bonus scheme

The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Nurse Recruiter to join our Codsall office. You’ll recruit HCAs and Nurses for complex care packages across our branch network, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and working closely with internal teams to meet staffing needs. This is a fast‑paced, target‑driven role with no cold calling — just focused, meaningful recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for HCA and nursing roles
2. Deliver high‑volume outbound calls, screening and interviewing candidates
3. Prioritise urgent vacancies and provide timely staffing solutions
4. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers
5. Maintain talent pipelines for future staffing needs
6. Track recruitment metrics and produce accurate activity reports
7. Use data insights to shape recruitment campaigns and daily activity
8. Support high‑volume recruitment and geographical expansion
9. Manage job board budgets and liaise with external providers
10. Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of a new ATS
About You
11. Proven success meeting recruitment targets
12. Experience in healthcare or nursing recruitment is highly beneficial
13. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
14. Confident making structured, engaging calls
15. Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage a high‑volume workload
16. Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office
17. Motivated, people‑focused, and eager to grow
