Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in the Aylesbury Used Car Team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored recommendations for new and used cars or vans. Additional duties include managing the sales process, preparing finance packages, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate closely with the sales and aftersales teams to promote products and services.

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
* Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deliver a seamless customer experience
* Competence in using digital tools and CRM systems for tracking customer interactions and sales processes
* A proactive, results-driven attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service
* Full UK driving license is required
* Previous experience in a similar automotive sales role is advantageous, but not essential
